Welcome to a web site dedicated to
TubaChristmas in general, the Tulsa TubaChristmas in particular. For those
who are not familiar with TubaChristmas, it is an event where tuba and euphonium
(or baritone) players from around the world get together and put on a free
concert of Christmas music in their local cities. If you are of the
mindset that tuba players can only do the ooom-pah, then this would be an event
that you need to attend.
Tulsa, OK has been participating in this
event for the last 10 years under several different coordinators and directors.
Don Grounds has been kind enough to do the coordination for the last 3 years and
we all hope that he continues with the excellent work.
